Our meditation groups are all unique, but share a common core: the practice of meditation as a foundation for spiritual and personal growth. From the Taoist study group on Sunday morning, to the Zen traditions of Thich Nhat Hanh (Sunday Afternoon Zoom and Monday In-Person), Soto Zen (Wednesday) and Zen Koans (Thursday), to practice in the Western Mindfulness and Vipassana tradition (Tuesday) and in the S.N. Goenka Vipassana tradition (Sunday). We come together with seeking, earnest minds to foster a peaceful and loving environment. We encourage seekers to visit each sangha.
All Groups are open to the public and donation-based. There is no registration or signup, just show up and introduce yourself.
