Meditation Groups

Meditation Groups

Our meditation groups are all unique, but share a common core: the practice of meditation as a foundation for spiritual and personal growth. From the Taoist study group on Sunday morning, to the Zen traditions of Thich Nhat Hanh (Monday), Soto Zen (Wednesday) and Zen Koans (Thursday), to practice in the Vipassana tradition (Tuesday) and in the S.N. Goenka Vipassana tradition (Sunday). We come together with seeking, earnest minds to foster a peaceful and loving environment. We encourage seekers to visit each sangha.

We have three new groups! The Friday night “Tune-In” College-aged Meditation group. On the 1st and 3rd Saturday Mornings starting at 9:45 AM is Spirit Quest, where they discuss mindfulness and spirituality. And Marianne Pilgrim, a MBSR teacher holds a monthly Beginners Meditation Workshop typically on the fourth Saturday of the month (confirm dates via our Online Calendar).
